These Terms of Service apply when you browse AutoHub, create an account, submit an enquiry, book a service, order a part, or use any other feature we provide. By using AutoHub, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice.

If you use AutoHub for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

• Keep your password and verification codes confidential.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from our failure to protect the service.

AutoHub helps users discover vehicles, request automotive services, find parts, send enquiries, and manage related activity. Information displayed on the platform is provided for decision-making and does not replace an independent inspection or professional advice.

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with another user.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not use AutoHub to impersonate another person or carry out fraudulent activity.

We work to keep AutoHub available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, upgrades, or events outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features where reasonably necessary.

Vehicle, part, price, and appointment information can change. Availability is only confirmed when the relevant transaction or booking is accepted by AutoHub or the responsible branch.

AutoHub, its interface, software, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to AutoHub. You may use the platform for personal or authorised business purposes, but you may not reproduce, sell, modify, or distribute protected materials without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We may restrict or disable an account that breaches these terms, creates a security risk, is used fraudulently, or must be restricted to comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

You may stop using AutoHub at any time. Obligations connected to completed transactions, outstanding payments, ownership, confidentiality, and liability continue where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
